Mai Tai (Rhumba)

• dash of grenadine
• 1-1/2 ounces Cruzan 2-year-old silver rum
• dash of amaretto mixture of pineapple and orange juice to fill glass Gosling Black Seal Dark Rum to float on top

Place dash of grenadine in glass. Add rum, amaretto and juices. Float dark rum on top. Garnish with slice of fresh pineapple.
